B. All Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital content:

All digital product purchases are non-refundable.

Once a file is delivered, accessed, or downloaded, we cannot revoke access or guarantee deletion, therefore refunds cannot be granted.


C. Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review)

We may consider refunds or replacement access in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate accidental purchases

  • A corrupted file (verified by our support team)

  • Technical access failures verified by our system

  • You were charged but did not receive access

E. Lost Files / Re-download Requests

If you lose access to your files, we will attempt to replace or resend your download link as long as we can verify your purchase.

Download links may expire or be updated at any time.


F. Technical Requirements

Some digital products require:

  • A PDF reader

  • GoodNotes (or similar) for digital planners

  • Standard file-viewing software

It is your responsibility to ensure device compatibility.


G. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Permanent loss of access to past and future digital products

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Submission of documentation to your financial institution
