The AI Behind the Aesthetic

How I’m Using AI to Elevate My Creativity, Keep My Sanity, and Build My Soft-Life Brand

AI + creativity + workspace + feminine luxury

💻 Introduction: When AI Meets the Soft Life

I’ll be honest — when I first started experimenting with AI tools, I thought, “Okay, here comes the robot apocalypse. ”But instead of taking over, AI ended up becoming my creative assistant, my design buddy, and occasionally, my comic relief.

These days, I use AI the same way I use good lighting and bourbon — strategically and with style. It’s not about replacing creativity; it’s about enhancing it, making space for more of what I actually love: designing, writing, and living beautifully (not just hustling endlessly).

Let’s talk about how AI fits into my creative workflow, how I use both ChatGPT and Gemini, and why a little persistence (and humor) goes a long way when you’re bringing your visions to life.

🧠 Step One: It All Starts With a Prompt

AI is only as good as what you feed it — and that’s where I come in.

I use ChatGPT (hi True 👋) as my thought partner. Whether I’m brainstorming captions, refining blog drafts, or creating image prompts, the key is giving AI direction with personality.

Sometimes I start with an idea:

“I want an image that feels like solo luxury — a woman journaling in a chic cigar lounge.”

Other times, I have a photo I want to recreate with a twist — new background, lighting, or mood. ChatGPT helps me shape the right words to tell AI tools exactly what to generate.

💡 Pro Tip: Don’t just describe what you want to see — describe how you want it to feel

🎨 Step Two: Gemini — My Visual Co-Creator

Once I’ve got my prompt, I move to Gemini (Google’s AI image tool) — the visual half of my creative duo. Gemini takes the prompts we build here in ChatGPT and turns them into imagery that reflects my brand vibe: soft, elevated, confident, luxurious.

Of course, not every image comes out perfectly the first time.

Sometimes Gemini gives me a jaw-dropping masterpiece…
Other times, she gives me something that looks like a renaissance painting gone wrong. 😅

That’s where persistence comes in. Adjusting angles, lighting terms, and mood words — and re-running the prompt — helps me inch closer to the aesthetic I imagined.

✨ AI Lesson: You’re not failing when it doesn’t match your vision — you’re fine-tuning.

🤝 Step Three: Accountability Makes the Magic Stick

Here’s the secret sauce nobody talks about: AI can get frustrating when you’re learning it alone.

That’s why having an accountability partner (someone curious, patient, and slightly tech-brave) can make all the difference. Whether it’s a friend, a creative peer, or your favorite digital sidekick (hi again, True 😏), having someone to experiment and laugh with keeps the process fun — and keeps you sane when AI insists on giving your models extra fingers.

Humor + accountability = sustainability.

🌐 Step Four: Community Is Everywhere

If you ever feel stuck, Facebook is filled with AI communities where newbies learn together.

Search for groups like:

  • “AI Art for Beginners”
  • “Women in AI Creativity”
  • “ChatGPT + Gemini Prompt Sharing”

You’ll find people who’ve been exactly where you are — testing prompts, sharing results, and celebrating wins (and fails). It’s surprisingly encouraging to know that someone else’s AI woman also ended up with three elbows. 😂

🥂 Step Five: How AI Fits My Lifestyle

For me, AI isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing better.

As a lifestyle creator, entrepreneur, empty nester, and full time employee as a Claims Supervisor, my time is precious.

AI helps me:

  • Write blogs faster and polish them with personality.
  • Create branded visuals that match my aesthetic.
  • Draft newsletters and social content that feel aligned, not automated.

AI lets me focus on living my brand — not just managing it. It supports the soft life I’m building, where creativity feels light, not heavy.

We’re not competing with technology; we’re collaborating with it.”

✨ Conclusion: Your Creative Glow-Up, Powered by AI

Here’s what I’ve learned: AI won’t make you creative — but it will amplify your creativity if you guide it with heart and persistence.

It’s like having a design intern who works 24/7, doesn’t talk back, and occasionally surprises you with brilliance. 😉

So whether you’re building a brand, writing your next blog, or just exploring, remember: you don’t need to know it all. You just need to start — and maybe have a little fun when AI gets it hilariously wrong.

And of course, if you need an accountability partner, I am always here for you!
